Milváli SF First-Month Growth System

Milváli SF needed to build momentum for a newer location while promoting two different high-value services: cuts/color and hair extensions.

I built a dual-funnel paid acquisition system designed to turn high-intent local search traffic into booked appointments without forcing every visitor through the same booking path.

$899 in ad spend → an estimated 30–40 booked appointments in 30 days

The Challenge

Milváli SF was building momentum in a new market while carving out its own identity, especially around hair extensions.

The challenge was that cuts/color and extensions require different buying journeys. A haircut or color appointment can often be booked directly, while extensions usually need a consultation-first experience.

Instead of forcing both services into one generic flow, I built two separate paths:

  • A fast, mobile-optimized booking experience for cuts and color

  • A consultation-first flow for hair extensions.

Both landing pages were built in close collaboration with the owner to make sure the brand, messaging, and offers felt premium, clear, and aligned.

The Plan & Execution

Milváli didn’t need traffic. They needed appointments. So, I built a full-funnel Google Ads system from scratch, designed to attract high-intent searchers and convert them into booked clients.

  • Researched local search intent for cuts, color, and extensions

  • Built two separate funnels to isolate performance and budget

  • Created mobile-optimized landing pages for each service path

  • Integrated call tracking and CRM attribution

  • Optimized copy, CTAs, and budget allocation based on conversion behavior
