Milváli SF wanted to fill stylist calendars while highlighting their strength in both cuts & color and hair extensions — two services that require very different booking experiences.

I built a dual-funnel booking system from scratch, designed to convert high-intent traffic into real appointments without confusing clients.

The Project

Milváli SF was following the momentum of their Mill Valley location while carving out their own identity — especially around extensions.

Instead of forcing all services through one generic booking flow, we built two separate paths:

  • A fast, mobile-optimized booking experience for cuts & color

  • A consultation-first flow for hair extensions

Both landing pages were designed from the ground up in close collaboration with the owner to ensure the brand, messaging, and offers felt premium and aligned.

The Plan & Execution

Milváli didn’t need traffic. They needed appointments. So, I built a full-funnel Google Ads system from scratch, designed to attract high-intent searchers and convert them into booked clients.
